1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Applydright Chrome extension and website ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Applydright Provides

Applydright offers AI-assisted job-search tools, including ghost-job detection, profile matching, visa-sponsor labels, résumé tailoring, cover letters, and interview preparation. These outputs are informational aids and not guarantees. You are responsible for your own job-search and hiring decisions.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Free & Pro Plans

• The Free plan includes a limited number of lifetime job checks.
• The Pro plan is a recurring monthly subscription (₹999/month in India, $19/month internationally) billed through Razorpay.
• Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by reverse-engineering it, scraping at abusive volumes, reselling outputs, or using it to violate LinkedIn's terms or any applicable law.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

Ghost scores, match scores, and visa-sponsor labels are generated by automated analysis and curated data, and may contain errors or omissions. A "Visa Sponsor" label is a best-effort signal — always confirm sponsorship directly with the employer. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Applydright shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed opportunities or hiring outcomes.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms or the Service over time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
